This is the surface of VENUS.
Looks like one HELL of an electrical discharge!
This violent display is called an ARACHNOID, a phenomenon found only on VENUS.
There is speculation that this spider-like anomaly is caused by volcanic activity; for now, all must remain a mystery-at least until we send a manned-mission to this Golden Web.
