These are all ranged around TSIOLKOVSKIIY Crater, on the Far Side of the moon.
The side that NO ONE ever talks about.
The Far Side was a big concern for Apollo. Once the Command Module drifted over the horizon, all communications with the Lunar Lander were curtailed. There were no such things as satellites yet....
Or WERE there? NASA did have Ranger crafts doing recon work. Maybe signals could have been bounced off of them...But, last I heard, the Rangers crashed during their first missions...
Anyway, we could EASILY observe that Far Side OURSELVES with the satellite tech of today.
Why don't we? Why is the Far Side still OFF LIMITS?
Because it is VASTLY populated. BILLIONS of beings.
Why is that so hard to believe for most people? Why wouldn't it be possible?
What makes it impossible?
