Strange Lightning Photo

I took this with a digital camera, flash off during a severe lightning storm. The three bolts all seem to go to or come from the circular object by the deck umbrella. There is another strange light in the lower part of the photo. I thought it was a reflection but it showed up in almost all of the shots without lightning bolts and in different forms and places in the frame. Any ideas?? I would be glad to share the other shots. They all have very strange objects.
