Its an unsafe load, those logs are clearly not fastened to the pallets and if they were to be picked up by a fork lift truck that load would cause an accident. However I didn't realize this was a health and safety site.

Dude cut a lot of wood. I find it amazing that he had enough energy left over to toss that one log. That reminds me...I need to take a break and drop a few logs- too much coffee...

If you look at the middle section stack of logs on the right hand side one third of the way up you can see there is a gap in one of the logs where this piece of flying wood would fit. Not only that, when you zoom in for a good look you can fibrous pieces sticking out and hanging down. I could be wrong of cause and it may be an intergalactic version of a burger van. Come on why would you take a picture of a pile of wood??????
