SGT. Richard Williams provided this photo of a REBEL COMBATANT in AFGHANISTAN with an INCENDIARY BULLET lodged in his head.
My question is NOT how it got there.
I want to know: INCENDIARY or EXPLOSIVE BULLET?
INCENDIARY BULLETS are supposed to have a SHARP HEAD, EXPLOSIVE BULLETS, a FLAT HEAD.
The Bullet in the man's CRANIUM has a FLAT head.
I'm just asking......
