2nd Mothersip drawing from 15th century

The 2nd of 2 illustrations found (that I know of) from the Renaissance era depicting a massive flying rectangle in the sky on the right with what looks to be a flying watch on its side (looking very saucer-like) coming out of it in the sky on the left . The other illustration shows a long rectangle of giant size flying through the sky with flames all around it
The exact similarity to the object in Greenland is just too much to be a coincidence, don't you think?
