If these are not STRUCTURES, then why aren't the ROVERS allowed to investigate CLOSER?

It is ALWAYS from a far distance...

Hell, I don't believe that the ROVERS are exactly what NASA says they are...

EVERY advance the American Military makes is predicated on advancements NASA comes up with FIRST...

Like Mini Spy Planes....

Probably INSECT-sized, flitting over the surface of MARS...
