Two Suns?

This photo was taken with my Blackberry around 3:45pm in Halifax, NS on January 31, 2011.

I was on my way home from an appointment and noticed the smaller "second sun" in the sky. I thought it may have been a reflection off of a plane but it didn't move, was stationary in the sky the way that sun is. I was able to watch if for about 45 minutes on the bus then able to snap the pic on my 10 minute walk to home. I didn't get to see the actual sunset but I am definitely going to be looking again in the coming days.

I'm hoping someone has an explanation for what this could be exactly.
