    Observing the moon with a home video camera will not provide enough resolution to identify the "structure" filmed. It looks awkward. Yet, casual observation through a genuine telescope or a pair of binoculars will reveal it to be the edge of a large crater. So, yes, there is "definitely something there." Unfortunately, it is not artifical.
