Baloon mabye? Alien craft mabye? It kind of looks like a trash bag filled with helium. Fairly reflective so probably not a trash bag. You can tell that its light reflecting off of it and not emitting from it because of the position of the sun. Cool video though, thats how UFO's should be recorded. Any info on this event? (location, time, other witnesses)
