Surely there would of been many witnesses espcially with all the so called traffic noise in the vid someone would of stopped and had a look themselves. So my conclusion is fake.

Notice the electrical arching, and discharge between the craft when they get close together?
If this film is genuine, and shows genuine UFO's, i reckon we're seeing evidence of anti-collision technology, probably using the same principles of their drive systems.

It appears as though the discharges between craft ase some kind of electrical repulsion effect, perhaps due to similar polarities of the craft.

Handy to be repulsed if your vehicles get too close to each other at 20K Mph!
