Pheonyx Roldan Smith discusses the Shadow Self. The Shadow Self is a term coined by psychologist Carl Jung. It’s about looking at the deeper and darker side of humanity, of our psyche primarily. Essentially, it’s the skeletons in the closet. There are times when the shadow serves us.
