Internet Manifesto: 'Rand and Ron Paul propose Internet Revolution' [RTAmerica]

Sen. Rand Paul (K-RY) and his father, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), have created a Libertarian manifesto for the Internet. The proposal, known as the 'Technology Revolution,' outlines the questions that need to be addressed when Internet rules are being delegated. The Pauls feel the US government needs to be omitted from the governing process, leaving the private sector in charge. RT's Web Producer Andrew Blake joins Abby Martin in the studio.
