Os EUA, está passando por uma situação muito delicada de segurança. Nada está bem definido, e isto coloca a todos como suspeitos. Assim, qualquer movimento que tire a tranquilidade da ordem e no país está sendo considerado como uma ameaça a segurança do país. Portanto, movimentos de rebeldia, de protestos e anarquia, serão tratados com rigor pelas autoridades.
Aqueles que quiserem lá permanecer terão que seguir as regras.
