An interesting look at something that could one day happen. Well worth a watch although I tend to side with Professor Andrew Watson and books like - Revolutions that Made the Earth.
It has taken us 4 billion years to get from first life on earth to this point, we have 1 billion years left until the sun brightens so much and gets so hot life will not be able to live here anymore. (the sea and atmosphere will be boilled away)
is 1 billion years anywhere near enough for us to find a way off this rock? Has any other life already done just that elsewhere out there? The chances are stacked against is my conclusion but I'm obviously open to the fact elsewhere they may have had a lager window as an evolved race or they evolved quicker, than our seemingly poxy 1 billions years time limit.
They might have and they may one day visit us. Who knows with a billion years it may be us that manage to get off this rock and go crashing through another planets atmosphere as the aliens
