The Islamic Republic of Iran is hosting the third International Conference and Festival of Islamic Resistance in the central city of Isfahan.
More than 600 representatives from 11 countries, including Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia are attending the two-day conference, which kicked off on Wednesday.
Press TV has conducted an interview with Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior advisor to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, to tell us more about the goals of the conference.
