the planes were there before it appeared. then when it did appear the plane was headed right for it. the airspace is 'clustered' with attempts to keep it out. when the first plane goes by the object changed direction. the direction it was heading a second plane was 'crossing' its path. thats to keep it from going any further in that area. hope this helps.
