Executive orders have been around forever and depending upon the context in which they are read vs. the entire language associated with them depends upon how one might perceive said orders.

Typically, in regards to the nature of 13603, there has to be a set "plan" or "order of conduct" provided to governmental agencies under tough situations. 13603 is nothing more than the combining of already existing executive orders (see first link above) that have been around for *over a decade*...many people cried out after 911 regarding the number of "new laws" defined through the use of executive orders. 13603 is nothing that didn't already exist...it just so happens that the sheeple are starting to spook because "it is getting real"...but in reality...it has been real for over a decade now...

I guess delayed reactions are better than no reactions...but then again...48% of Americans don't even pay their taxes but expect those that do to put up with their lazy and selfish based ideologies.

I for one don't like any of this and haven't for over a decade now...just I have known about it...and come to terms with it since then...

Now..I never thought I would say this...but the one thing Obama has done that I think is good...it is wake people up from their selfish localized "fantasy" land...
