2ESDRAS 15:14 Woe to the world, and them that dwell therein. 15 For the sword and their destruction draweth nigh, and one people shall stand vp to fight against another, and swords in their hands. 16 For there shalbe sedition among men, and inuading one another, they shal not regard their kings, nor princes, and the course of their actions shall stand in their power. 17 A man shall desire to goe into a citie, and shall not be able. 18 For because of their pride, the cities shalbe troubled, the houses shalbe destroyed, and men shalbe afraid. 19 A man shall haue no pitie vpon his neighbour, but shall destroy their houses with the sword, and spoile their goods, because of the lacke of bread, and for great tribulation. 57 Thy children shall die of hunger, and thou shalt fall through the sword: thy cities shalbe broken downe, and all thine shall perish with the sword in the field.
