There's also a very, very, very fast moving UFO right at the end.
Look where the last UFO that was pointed out goes, and then see a lightening fast streak shoot by it's last position as it goes into the clouds...it might be another UFO leaving the atmosphere, or it might just as well be a missile or some other weapon being fired at the last highlighted UFO (since it shoots into the cloud near to the last marked UFO, and doesn't reappear on the left of the cloud.
It is shown above the roof tile, near the roof apex, at exactly 04:30 right at the end of the clip.
