Does anyone know what this is? Daytime footage is much harder to rule out. It did not look like anything similar to a kite,flare,rc plane,lantern etc. It is morphing and clearly releasing orbs. The footage is not cgi as the person is also unsure what it is. I have had it translated for me. 8seconds You should ask the forum to have a look at debunking it. Thanks for the video.
