    Looks to me like that is a small chrome object hanging from the roof of that apartment building. Kind of like a wind-chime on fishing line. That would explain it blowing in front of the building in the wind at the end of the video

    pretty bad if you ask me, a couple of questions for the guy taping this, Why were you shaking the camera over excessively, also why did this so called "UFO" go in front of the building for a split second, why are the people talking horrible actors?
