Did Nasa actually claim this is their genuine photo publicly or just because this guy label it as "Nasa" ?

might be photoshop. why would Nasa want to shown clear evidence of ufo when they have been denying its existence? Nowadays, many emails, blog, message and etc. that doing hoax, they always label the hoax with well known agency/company/group's name to make them appear to be more believable.

Are the cameras that take these images inside the ISS (i.e handheld cameras, images taken by astronauts through the windows) or are they mounted on the exterior of the ISS?
If outside, it would eliminate reflection on the interior of the windows from banks of lit switches and cabin illuminations...and strengthen the case for there being actual, physical objects observing the station being causght on camera.
