Mercury or Venus would not be that large of size seen from Earth. The object or whatever it is, is too large in silhouette to be a planet considering the vast distance. The planets are far enough away that they wouldn't interfere with the light coming from the Sun. Whatever that is, is either extremely large or extremely close.

You do realize that we have 2 (TWO) planets between the Earth and the Sun don't you ? One called Mercury and one Called Venus so to see something like that would be no major discovery or conspiracy to hide a planet.
