High pressure oil well head/pipeline. Russia is involved in deep well drilling of "A-biotic" oil on land. Meaning that the "fossil fuel" crap handed to us is a farce and there is an unlimited amount of oil in the earth; NOT created from "dinosaurs". This A-biotic oil is extremely deep and requires high pressure/high temperature to extract. Something of this magnitude (mammoth well head/pipe) is required to maintain the pressures and temperatures in the system and not have a disaster like the BP oil spill in the Gulf. BP was drilling for this same "A-biotic" oil when their well head was not strong enough to keep the high pressure intact. This is not to say that Russia does not have disasters with its oil drilling; they do. But it is in remote areas where nobody can or will do anything about it.

It's definitely some part of a pipeline. And by the way, Ukraine is not Russia.
