You are the sick one my friend, seeing sexual connotations in everything just shows how sick and twisted you are. Your focal point "tosser" has several meanings in England, in this context it means a lazy person, a waist of time, a looser. Take the Yankee word "looser" does this mean a person that has lost everything? he keeps loosing things?
