NDAA : How far will the US government go?

On Tuesday, the US Senate voted 98-0 in favor of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013. After much debate and countless amendments considered, the bill is now making its way to a House/Senate Conference Committee where it will be fine-tuned. The bill includes details of military spending and also detaining American citizens without a speedy trial, so will Obama sign the NDAA into law? RT's Liz Wahl explains.
