    its a lens/light reflection inside of the cam.
    dont brake your cam by filming the sun too long.

    Lens damage. Looks like the blobs stay there for a while whilst your camera's sensor recovers. Wouldn't recommend trying this. Some other filter is necessary to check it properly. Would be good to see those results.
