The "structure" is a crane, the camera angle does not show a water way perhaps a bay because of the geography,
The UFO movements do not make any sense.

This lady is reading way to much in to all videos she talks about.I'd say that the structure is way to big and there is nothing that big on are planet if it where in front of the city OK but its behind the city and its not from here no way.its either fake or another planet.
