Special Guest Dr. Mathew Burrows on Global Trends 2030 and ICT impact

The purpose of the occasion was to meet with Dr Mathew Burrows, Counsellor and Director of the Analysis and Production Staff at the United States National Intelligence Council (NIC), who is currently in the final stages of preparing a document on Global Trends 2030 to be published by the end of the year. In recent months, he has put increasing emphasis on exploring the technological dimension of Global Trends 2030.
