Parachutists with flares they parachutists spiral, the smoke spirals and what do you have? Doh!

Yes it is a chemtrail because flare smoke is a chemical.

If it were from a chemtrail plane it had a very short fall. Boom! Doh!

First thought was that it could have been a plane with canisters, but then it could also be HAARP simply messing with the Russians ^^

Could this have been created by two parachutists using smoke cannisters ?. Just a thought.
