Rand Paul, R-Ky., told Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that "Had I been president at the time" of the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, "I would have relieved you of your post" over what he called an "inexcusable" oversight in the State Department's security procedures prior to the attack.FAIR USE NOTICE: This video may contain copyrighted material. People died, and she is amused by being called out on it. Old Hillary likes to hear herself talk, that's her primary motivation for appearing - next to damage control. All the worlds governments have become corrupt and incompetent... These people are not leaders (certainly not mine at any rate), they are parasites and crooks. We need to constantly keep them on the shortest leash possible, and preferably muzzled most of the time. I think it is time for us to remove ALL the guns in possession of governments.... If the military need them to defend the boarders we can issue them one on loan.
