I completely agree with Zanzibarjack - funny, because I logged in here to make virtually the same comment as he made.

That's an F/A-18 kit plane with some work done on it. From an aerodynamic standpoint, the way those wings are set-up wouldn't fly. The way the wingtips' leading-edges sharply protruding forward of the wing would cause a lot of turbulence, and would likely sheer off in any hard-turning. Finally, the two vertical stabilizers on top seem like they belong to the F/A-18 kit, only that they are placed in the wrong spot, and are attached to the fuselage along the wrong edge of the stabilizer.

It looks like the makers of this film "flew" this ugly contraption over the camera by way of a fishing line, or similar. The "engine noise" (if you want to call it that) is not that of any turbine engine I've ever heard, nor does it exhibit much in the way of a Doppler Effect.

IMHO it's FAKE.

Just out of interest, has anyone ever had anything positive to say about thirdphaseofmoon vids? Ive been looking at them for a long time now and you instantly think 'fake' then look for the reason why - which i think is the appeal of them right? They arent put up in some hope that people will actually believe them are they? It's sort of like UFO entertainment. I just wish they would declare it as such because I can see those more inclined to believe anything, just might.

Actually even though it probably is a model I wish this was real because it reminds me of the fighters from Battlestar Galactica :-)

The two prongs at the front centre of the wings could be to ionize the air which is claimed to increase speed and prevent a sonic boom.
