'Israel-US co-plotted attack on Syria' [Ralph Schoenman @ PressTV]

A political commentator tells Press TV that the Israeli airstrike on Syria's soil is a premeditated and joined act by US and Israel.

On January 30, 2013, Israeli jets conducted an airstrike on a research center in Jamraya, near the Syrian capital Damascus. Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali said on Thursday that his country had the option to respond to the Israeli airstrike. He said Damascus was likely to take "a surprise decision to respond to the aggression of the Israeli warplanes."
