You DO realize that this is a complete and total fake, right? I dont know how they did it, know how its a fake, look down left of SPAN, see the little icon, this came from The Onion and its older then shit. No clue why whoever still believes what they see on the internet as "gospel". Other then to point out that, it would be something that those in washington would do for shits and giggles IRL. By crying "wolf" so many times that nobody would believe it, then happens for real. But doing it like this, in this format and "on record" its NOT their style, except... when the shit actually hits the fan the next day and all their plans go into effect.
