What happens when North Korea launches an atomic weapon

This video depicts a possible near future apocalypse. What happens when Kim Jong-Un launches his weapon at his 'sworn enemy' the United States? In the video, Obama notifies the public of the event and a city is being evacauated resulting in massive traffic jams. Protests against the government of Pyongyang starts to rise and riots in the city appear when people start to plunder supermarkets. Riots become larger and larger, leaving the city in flames before even the bomb hits the city.
Near the North Korean coast, US army forces start to prepare for going into war with North Korea. Fighter jets take off while North Korean military try to defend their country with air defense units.
