    I don't think the long cable thing is animal, the ray is in front of it giving the appearance it is attached to it. If use pause right at the very beginning you see the front of the ray to the right more...This looks like something that may have detached for a ship ans fell in the water, and shell wanted a shot of it, and apparently the ray did too. lol
