Anybody with any brains can see it is a high allitude baloon that has reached its maximum hight and blew up.They get quite large high up and reflect the suns light very well,the stuff you see falling is the expermental package.

That got hit with a pulse beam or something. Starting Around .17 sec you see a dark spot appear on the left side. Cool vid.

That is just incredible... Has the guy who filmed it come forward of given any more details about it? Just incredible to look at and he sounds pretty blown away!

DID NOT EXPLODE IT WOULD HAVE BLOWN IN ALL DIRECTIONS IF HAD EXSPLODED. GOOD VIDEO.
