China launches biggest manned space mission yet

Three Chinese astronauts launch on a rocket for a 15-day mission that will take them to the Tiangong orbiting space lab. In just the fifth manned space flight conducted by China, the spacecraft will dock with the orbiting Tiangong-1 space station twice before returning home in 15 days.The Tiangong-1, which has been in orbit for 620 days, will be decommissioned in three months, but is considered the first step for China to operate a permanent space station by 2020, making it only the world's third country to do so.
