Object on light pole of rooftop parking lot. Nearby is a security camera. Several other light poles have cameras; only one has another of these things.

Its an orgone HHG, theyre using it to counter orgone tower busters someone has placed near the tower to combat the EMF waves that tower sends out.Notice its spinning counterclockwise.Thats due to the quartz crystals and the copper wire wrapped around it in the inside to resonate the frequency.This is some of the stuff Tesla was working on.

Thats an orgone pyramid.The label is inside of it. Somehow theyre either using it to increase the frequency range, or counter any tower busters in the area.WOW..Ive never seen the powers that be use weapons that esoteric warriors use against them.This is a first.

Looks like a Mechanically Augmented Phased Array Antenna to me. But I can only find patents with no pictures, must be either very new, or existing technology without the weather cover hiding moving parts. It\'s probably used for Radar.

never seen owt like that before. and the fact its revolving, id says its gotta be either picking up or giving out signals, maybe both.. ie, i doubt its for measuring the wind speed i did noticed that it has a sticker on the bottom, u should go back and zoom in on it so it can be read... its a bit too pyramiddy for my liking, im sensing evil intent :D

Wierd looking rig, never seen one before. I used to work with security cams.
