Description:

19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. This shows how much repentant the Chosen People were made in the Wilderness. When you trust in God, He looks after you even in the Wilderness as you see some animals living in deserts where there is hardly any thing to eat or drink. 20 And he arose, and came to his father. The Chosen People left Egypt for their Promised Land. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Remember, Moses Himself stayed behind in the Wilderness and asked the Chosen People to enter their Promised Land of their own, as they have been made worthy for living there. If Moses had entered the Promised Land alongwith the Chosen People, then the grace of God would not have appreciated and people would have thought, our Moses made the Promised Land lush green and productive. 21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. The Chosen People completed submitted themselves to the Will of God and no more going by their own wills or the Book knowledge. 22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: That is God provided them with best things to eat and enjoy. God also confirmed His Covenant with the Chosen People through the sealing Ring as we seal marriages with a ring. 23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: The Chosen People started to eat the best food as worthy of the faithful to Abraham and God people did enjoy before they became arrogant. 24 For this my son was dead, unfaithful, and is alive again; faithful again, he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. Chosen People started their joyful living again. 25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard music and dancing. That is the Arabs saw how lush green their Promised Land has become and the people were singing the praises of God and dancing to their heart\\\'s content. 26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant. Arabs were too surprised to see the grandeur of their living. 27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound. Arabs were already faithful to God and God bestowed these Gifts to the Chosen People for they were unfaithful and became faithful again. These Chosen People with Promised Land are the demonstration nation of the world and for this reason; they are called the Nation of Priests. For this reason, God gave them the Holiest of Holy Tempe in the world that Christ Jesus referred to as the Winepress whose husbandmen, the Rabbis became corrupt. Egyptians being the people of spirit did not need a Temple. 28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him. 29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, that is have been faithful to you neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: I went by your Will and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: The Arabs were just having enough food to live but not as lavishly as the Chosen People were living after entering the Promised Land of honey and milk. 30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots; thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. Here, the Arabs show their jealousy for treating the Chosen People with favours unknown to them in the past. 31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, that is Arabs never became unfaithful to Abraham or God and all that I have is thine. 32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, unfaithful and is alive again; and he has become faithful again and was lost, and is found. These Chosen People are favoured people of God with Promised Land of Abraham and God sent so many Prophets to guide them through. Against all these favours, they maltreated His very Son Christ Jesus and that made Christ Jesus to cry for these Chosen People with no conscience or the salt of Abraham. St.Stephen stressed greatness of Abraham but they did not want to know Abraham, as they had become Jews of the flesh instead of keeping covenant with Abraham in flesh.
