Confirmed: Haarp Facility Shut Down in Early May

The ARRL reports that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has closed downHAARP's program manager, Dr James Keeney at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, told ARRL that the sprawling 35-acre ionospheric research facility in remote Gakona, Alaska, has been shuttered since early May."Currently the site is abandoned," he said. "It comes down to money. We don't have any." Keeney said no one is on site, access roads are blocked, buildings are chained and the power turned off.     They suffered enough publicity and finally attempted to operate in the 'darkness' once again, that is my prediction. There is no way that this project would just go away, you just have to consider the fact that many countries have this technology (including China and Russia) to realise that the US must continue to have this ability. Try to see through the smoke screen guys, they are determined to fool as many people as they can
