Could be a deer. Although, it does run a bit odd for a deer. Another possibility is I've read reports about large cats that have been kept as exotic pets ever sense the 1800's and they have escaped from time to time. It could be a leopard, the stride would be consistent. For example a leopard was killed in South Devon in 1988.

Just a deer! The lights along the highway together with the lesser quality of the video distorts the image!

GreyhoundAncient breed of dog, with a long narrow head, slight build, and long legs. It stands up to 75 cm/30 in tall. It is renowned for its swiftness, and can exceed 60 kph/40 mph. Greyhounds were bred to hunt by sight, their main quarry being hares. Hunting hares with greyhounds is the basis of the ancient sport of coursing. Track-based greyhound racing is a popular spectator sport.
