Developers destroy 4,000 year old pyramid in Peru

Developers have razed a 4,000 year old Peruvian pyramid to the ground in what Peru authorities called "an attack on the cultural heritage of the nation." The pyramid was one of eleven only recently discovered in the coastal region of El Parasio. The pyramids were not guarded and had not yet been thoroughly investigated. The developers razed the pyramid and burnt the rubble, before attempting to destroy other pyramids in the area. Local witnesses rushed to stop the decimation. Authorities have levied criminal charges against company representatives.

What's one less pyramid more or less. These things are littering up the place all over the world. It's about time they found a more constructive a use for the stone. The old has to make way for the new that's the way nature intended it. LOL
