It is hard to say all that is wrong with what this video purports. But let us start with the opening statements. "Why were the books of the Bible written in Greek, from a Roman perspective? Why was the Church headquartered in Rome.
Many of the books of the Bible were believed to gave been originally written in Aramaic and then translated into Greek. Others of them were believed to have been first written in Greek. This however is not surprising as the known World at that time was dominated by the Greek speaking Romans. Most of the epistles of Paul were written to Churches in non-Semetic areas. His mission was also geared to include the Gentile (non-Jewish) world. Peter also headed to Rome to strike at the heart of the Greek World. Both he and Paul the died in the arenas during the first great Christian persecution by Nero after Rome burned in a fire he said was set by the Christians.
The original headquarters of the Christian Church was Jerusalem. It was headed by James the lessor who was the brother of Jesus. This was weakened in the first Jewish rebellion around 70 AD and wiped out completely in the second rebellion around 135 AD.
The Church however flourished in the Greek speaking World in spite of being illegal and suffering periodic persecutions, until Constantine the Great converted a little after 300AD and Christianity became the official religion.

The author of this ridiculous theory posits that Christ never existed and that the religion was made up out of near whole-sail cloth by the Romans to gain control of their Empire and unite them. Where the latter might be argued of the conversion of Constantine in the 4th century, Christ most certainly existed and he, along with his followers, began a Jewish messianic religion that swept the Greek World and morphed into what we know today as Christianity.
