Philbo1965uk: The problem I find with your comment on this video lecture with Christopher Dunn and Stephen Mehler is you said, "..fact Stephen Mehler isn't actually an Egyptologist." That statement is false, and I'm not sure where you got your information from. I'm not stating that anything said in this video is true or false; I'm only stating that your statement re Stephen Mehler was incorrect.

Since approximately 1968 Stephen Mehler has been an independent Egyptologist; he has formal education in many areas including an M.A. from 1978, in Social Sciences, specializing in Prehistory and Ancient History; worked/trained in archeological excavation; specializes in synthesizing the theories of academic Egyptology with the arcane wisdom tradition known as the Sacred Science of ancient Egypt; has been involved with the Rosicrucian Order since 1977 and worked as the Staff Research Scientist; has worked alongside Egyptian-born Egyptologist and 'Indigenous Wisdom Keeper' Abd’El Hakim Awyan several times since 1992; and is redefining the field of Egyptology as Khemitology.

This is a much recommended video to watch !

It perfectly demonstrates not only peoples lack of reason, logic and common sense but the gullibility of those interested in Egyptology. From the position of 'Aliens did it ' believers.

Laughingly (and it is amusing) at the beginning he proudly blusters how he converted Stephen Mehler by claiming you can't cut granite with a chopper chisel.

    Amazing...

That's correct you cannot...and whats less amazing is the reality they already knew this thousands of years ago...and DIDN'T !

Coupled with the fact Stephen Mehler isn't actually an Egyptologist ..makes the claim even more absurd.

Although it in no way diminishes the remarkable feats of engineering by ancient man...I feel almost apologetic to mention they actually cut granite with erm...other hard rocks like chert, obsidian or basalt.Which they fashioned into ...again erm...tools !
