Israeli Aggression: 'New eviction orders given to Palestinian residents in East Jerusalem, al-Quds' [PressTV]

More Palestinians are expected to be displaced with new eviction orders issued by Israel-- this time in the occupied East Jerusalem al-Quds.

Palestinian sources say Israeli officials accompanied by dozens of soldiers invaded the town of Silwan, handing out eviction orders to residents. The eviction orders authorize Israeli troops to demolish Palestinian homes in the town. Meanwhile, Palestinians say Israeli forces have invaded several areas in the West Bank city of Hebron al-Khalil and destroyed a number of homes and shops there. Dozens of people have already been displaced as a result of destruction of their homes in the West Bank. Israel even seized the tents provided by the United Nations to shelter them in cold weather. The eviction orders are part of Tel Aviv's settlement expansion policies.
