Colorado made history on January 1, 2014 when businesses across the state opened their doors and began selling marijuana legally to adults 21 and older. The Marijuana Policy Project â€” http://www.mpp.org â€” was the largest backer of the 2012 ballot initiative that legalized marijuana and initiated the process of establishing a system in which marijuana is regulated like alcohol. MPP's Mason Tvert is interviewed here discussing the likelihood that more states will soon follow Colorado's example and adopt similar laws.
