Turkey’s opposition calls on govt. to resign after PM's audiotape leaked [PressTV]

Turkey’s opposition has urged an investigation into a leaked audiotape allegedly of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his son.

The tape shows the two supposedly discuss how to hide large sums of money. The main opposition group CHP says the leaked telephone tape is authentic, and has urged the government to resign. In the audiotape, a voice supposedly of Erdogan’ son Bilal, says some 40 million dollars should be disposed of. The tape was leaked on the day police raided houses in a graft inquiry into Erdogan’s government. But, the premier says the leak is a vile attack by his rivals. He’s promised to take action against what he calls is a fabrication
