US and Israel meet on stalled peace deal: 'Netanyahu pushes back against Obama diplomacy' [AlJazeera]

US President Barack Obama has met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the stalled Middle East peace talks.

Obama warned that time is running out for Israel to make a deal with the Palestinians.

But Netanyahu said he will not be pressured.

The meeting between the two leaders came as the largest pro-Israeli lobby, known as AIPAC, hosted its annual meeting in Washington.

Al Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports.
